What should you eat for joint pain and arthritis?

Nutrition plays a key role to keep joints healthy and combat inflammation that accompanies conditions like arthritis. But what should you be eating?

  1. Berries, apples, pomegranates - Berries are rich in anti-oxidants, and so are apples which have a lot of fiber to get rid of waste products in the body. Pomegranates are rich in tannins that can help fight inflammation

  2. Ginger and turmeric - these foods are high in chemicals that are anti-inflammatory and used as a seasoning in Chinese and Indian cuisine

  3. Dark chocolate - very good anti-inflammatory properties like phytochemicals and anti-oxidants, especially chocolate that has more than 70% cocoa content
