What does a Chiropractic adjustment look like?

Recently, my daughter asked me for an adjustment. I have a table in my home office where I can see family and friends. I see my clients at my office in Landmark 4 Kelowna.

Usually, for a regular session, I do the following:

  1. The patient lies face down so I can check their alignment

  2. I check the patient's leg length

  3. I check the alignments of the spine

  4. I start adjusting the highest priority area face down in the mid spine, on the side for the lower spine, and face up for the neck area

  5. I re-check the spine and give the patient advice to help with their alignment
