What diet is best for joint pain and arthritis?
I am hosting a Masterclass this Saturday called "Nutrition for Joint Pain and Arthritis".

At the Masterclass, I will be sharing the best nutritional tips for people that suffer from joint pain and arthritis.
One of the most popular diets for health is called the "Mediterranean Diet". The Mediterranean diet focuses on doing this:
Eat: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, potatoes, whole grains, herbs, spices, fish, seafood, and organic extra virgin olive oil
Eat in moderation: poultry, eggs, cheese, and yogurt
Eat rarely: red meat, sugar-sweetened beverages, added sugars, processed meat, refined grains, refined oils, and other highly processed foods
Some of the health benefits of the Mediterranean Diet include:
• Lower blood pressure
• Protect against chronic conditions, ranging from cancer to stroke
• Help arthritis by reducing inflammation
• Benefit your joints as well as your heart
• Lead to weight loss, which can lessen joint pain
