⭐These are good stretches for the upper and lower back
⭐ Use a dowel in front of your shoulder and twist
⭐ Do 5-10 repetitions to each side
⭐ You can add a bend at the waist to stretch the low back
⭐ You can also do this with arms overhead to include more of a postural component
