Hello everyone, As the countdown to the grand opening of my clinic on Tutt Street on May 1st begins, my excitement is soaring high. The thought of finally realizing my dream of helping others and making a difference in people's lives is truly exhilarating.


However, along with the excitement comes the stress and anxiety of ensuring that everything is just 'perfect.' Today, I'd like to share my personal experiences with anxiety and the tools I've found helpful in managing it. Like many of my patients, I suffer from anxiety. It stems from a relentless determination to complete tasks perfectly, sometimes leading to feeling overwhelmed.


As the opening day of my clinic approaches, these feelings have been amplified. I've realized that I'm not alone in this, and it's essential to address and manage our anxiety to live a balanced and fulfilling life. Over the years, I have learned to take a step back when anxiety strikes. This has been crucial in my journey toward personal growth and self-improvement.


I've discovered some tools and techniques that have been incredibly helpful in dealing with my anxious moments: Meditation: Meditation has provided me with a sense of inner peace and calmness. It allows me to focus on the present moment, letting go of the worries and concerns that often fuel my anxiety. Also:

  1. Yoga: Incorporating yoga into my daily routine has helped me connect with my body and quiet my mind. The physical postures combined with deep breathing exercises have proven to be a powerful antidote to anxiety.

  2. Exercise: Engaging in regular physical activity has been a game-changer for me. Exercise releases endorphins, which naturally elevate mood and reduce stress levels. A brisk walk, a run, or a workout session can be incredibly beneficial in managing anxiety.

  3. Wim Hof Breathing: This uni
