Today Dr. Cary reviewed 4 simple core strengthening exercises for the spine. These exercises are good to get started to build up strength and support the work we do in the clinic. Consult with your health care professional before doing any new exercise.

Hold for 10-30 seconds each. Do 2-3 sets of each exercise.
